Dr. Cinque N. Parker, DSL, MS, MBA, PMP, CPC, Co-Founder & Vice President

CEO and co-founder of Kindling House, LLC, Cinque Parker is a certified strategic intervention coach and consultant, with over 20 years’ experience in multi-functional and global operations from multiple fortune 500 companies, including 12 years in global portfolio/project management and various levels of coaching and line management. In addition, he currently serves on the extended executive leadership team as Sr. Director at a top tier CRO and serves on the executive board for a small startup company dedicated to health/sports performance and fitness. Currently, he is a 3rd year doctoral student in the Strategic Leadership program at Regent University.

A scientist by trade, Cinque Parker received advanced degrees in Biotechnology and Business Administration from The John Hopkins University and received his certification in Project Management through the Project Management Institute. He is also a certified coach through the International Coaching Academy (ICA) and has coached and mentored numerous leaders, helping them step into new careers, achieve long awaited promotions, and improve personal and work relationships/dynamics. He has won several awards, including most recently the CEO Defining Principles Award in 2019 from PPD, Inc.
